It is our production technology that enables us to realize our mission of being first to introduce the kinds of coffee products that contemporary coffee lovers thirst for. Since our inception, we have constantly developed innovative technology, progressively introduced state-of-the-art facilities, and pursued the ultimate in coffee flavor.
We were the first company in Japan to build an automated plant for regular coffee and to commence manufacture of vacuum-packed products that retain their fresh flavor and aroma. Continuing our relentless quest for optimal extraction of delicious coffee flavor, we followed up these initiatives with a stream of other original technologies. Notable examples include our Aroma Freezing Process (Patent No. 3617906), which is a roasting system designed to retain freshly-roasted flavor, and our Super Aroma Process, which dramatically heightens the aroma by sealing out the entire process, from grinding to packaging, in order to prevent contact with oxygen.
Another pioneering development was Triple Temperature Natural Drip (TTND) brewing technology (Patent No. 3057026), which imparts to canned coffee beverages rich aroma and bracing taste.
