シンガポールにおけるグローバル本社の設立について

ユーシーシーホールディングス株式会社（本社：兵庫県神戸市、代表取締役社長：上島豪太、以下：UCCホールディングス）は、更なる海外展開の強化を目的として、来年1月を目途にシンガポールにグローバル本社を設立する予定です。

弊社グループが主に事業展開をしている日本・欧州・アジア・オセアニアのいずれの地域にもアクセスがしやすいシンガポールにグローバル本社を置くことで、より迅速な意思決定を可能にし、アジアでの成長に関しても更に加速していくことを企図しております。

尚、日本に関してはグローバル本社の設立とあわせ、来年1月を目途に国内地域統括会社としてUCC ジャパン株式会社（仮称）を設立し、日本における事業展開も強化して参る予定です。

UCC Holdings Co., Ltd. (“UCC HD”) has decided and announced to establish its global headquarters in Singapore at the beginning of the following year.

UCC Group operates a wide range of coffee businesses, mainly across Japan, Europe, Asia, and Oceania, and it has had an established position in the global coffee industry for years.

UCC Group aims to maximize the potential of UCC Group’s business and achieve dynamic growth in the global coffee market.

Meanwhile, UCC Group also decided to establish Japanese regional headquarters to bolster its Japanese business at the beginning of the following year.
