307：Grade

Brazilian coffee tends to have a wide range of bean sizes, numbers of defects, aroma and flavor depending on the grade. There are seven grades ranging from Brazil's highest rating of "Santos No. 2" down to "Santos No. 8". Green coffee beans graded by the strict classification of Classificadors (classifiers) are shipped to consuming nations.
