Our Tasting Corner
Opening hours of tasting counter which is available 4 times a day, have changed from 1st April 2018,in order to make as many guests as possible to enjoy coffee tasting.

New opening hours from April, 2018

  • 11:00 to 11:30
  • 13:00 to 13:30
  • 14:30 to 15:00
  • 16:00 to 16:30

We select a theme for the Tasting Corner every month and give you the opportunity to try and compare different coffees for yourself.

Leading Coffees in Africa

Indonesia is the fourth largest producer of coffee in the world.
Indonesia had already started its coffee cultivation in 1699 or earlier. It has longer coffee history than Latin America.

  • Arabica

  • Canephora

All coffee plants commercially cultivated can be classified into 2 species; Coffee Arabica and Coffee Canephora. These two species have completely different aroma and taste. Mandheling is Coffee Arabica, and Java Robusta is Coffee Canephora.
