About Ticket Reservations

Please select one of the entry time slots (①–⑥) below and complete your online booking and pre-payment by 23:59 (11:59 PM) on the day before your visit.
When visiting in a group, you can purchase tickets for multiple people at the same time.

On the Day of Your Visit
Please arrive and enter the museum during your designated time slot.
No Time Limits
Once inside, you are welcome to explore and enjoy the museum at your own pace! There is no restriction on how long you can stay. (Please note that the museum closes at 5:00 PM).

Even if you are eligible for free admission, an advance reservation is strictly required.
When booking free tickets only, simply register your visitor information. The system will bypass the payment screen and complete your reservation automatically without requiring any payment details.

Regarding the "Great Coffee Doctor Certificate"
This certificate was awarded to visitors who achieved a perfect score on the trivia quiz at the UCC Coffee Museum prior to our 2026 renewal.
Special Offer for Certificate Holders:If you hold a certificate issued in or after 2019, you are eligible for free admission exclusively during the year 2026.

How to Enter the Museum

●Entry Process

Once your reservation is completed on our official website, a link to your QR Ticket will be sent to your registered email address.
On the day of your visit, please present the QR ticket on your smartphone screen at the reception desk, or bring a printed copy with you.

Regarding Re-entry:Please note that same-day re-entry may be declined depending on how crowded the museum is at that time. We appreciate your understanding.

Payments Inside the Museum

All payments inside the museum (including purchases at the museum shop) are strictly cashless. Cash is not accepted.

To ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for all visitors, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines

  • Photography & Social Media:When taking photos/videos and posting them on social media, please respect the privacy of other visitors and museum staff.
  • Commercial Use & Streaming:Commercial photography/videography, as well as live-streaming or broadcasting on video platforms and social media without prior permission, is strictly prohibited.
  • Prohibited Equipment:Please refrain from using tripods, selfie sticks, or any other camera support equipment inside the museum.
  • Do Not Touch Exhibits:Please do not touch any exhibits, displays, or equipment (except for hands-on interactive exhibits).
  • Consideration for Others:Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb or inconvenience other visitors.
  • Staff Instructions:Please follow the guidance and instructions provided by the museum staff.
