July 1 at 12:00 PM (JST) - ・Thereafter: Tickets for each month will go on sale at 12:00 PM on the 1st day of the month, two months prior.
(Example: October tickets will go on sale on August 1 at 12:00 PM JST)
About Reservations
Admission fees and experience programs require advance reservation and online payment.
Your reservation will be confirmed once both registration and payment are completed online in advance.
How to Reserve
Reservations must be made through our external ticket booking site.

By searching for your planned visit date, you will see available admission tickets and experience program tickets.
Your reservation will be confirmed upon entering the required information and completing the payment.
Changes and Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted until 23:59 (11:59 PM), 3 days prior to your scheduled visit or experience program.
・Up to 3 days prior (until 23:59): Cancellation is available (No cancellation fee). If you wish to change the date and time, please cancel your current reservation first, then rebook for your preferred date and time.
・From 2 days prior (from 0:00 onwards): Cancellations and date/time changes are NOT accepted (Please note that no refunds will be given).
(Example: If your visit date is July 4, the deadline is 23:59 on July 1.)
<How to Cancel>
Log in using the email address registered at the time of booking via the URL provided in your booking confirmation email.
Click "Cancel Transaction" (取引キャンセル) displayed at the bottom right of the QR ticket screen to complete your cancellation.
Please note that once the deadline (23:59, 3 days prior) has passed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including duplicated purchases caused by poor network connections or input errors.
However, if the museum is temporarily closed due to museum circumstances, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, refunds for the affected tickets will be issued. Instructions regarding the refund process will be announced on the UCC Coffee Museum website or via individual email.

Receipt Issuance After Booking (Payment)
Upon completing your ticket purchase, a "Purchase Confirmation Email" will be sent to your registered email address from no-reply@smarthello.jp.
By clicking the URL provided in the email, your QR ticket for admission or experience program participation will be displayed.
A "Receipt" (領収書発行) button is located at the bottom right of the QR ticket screen. If you require a receipt, click this button to enter your desired recipient name and download the receipt as a PDF.
