Enjoy detailed exhibition commentary in both audio and text format directly on your own smartphone.

Supported Languages: Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean.

Please Note:
No Free Wi-Fi: Please note that free Wi-Fi is not available in the museum. You will need to use your own mobile data to access the guide.
Data Fees: Any data communication charges incurred while using the guide are the responsibility of the user.
Earphones Required: As a courtesy to other visitors, please be sure to use earphones.
No Device Rentals: Rental devices (tablets, etc.) are not available.

Wheelchair Rental Service

Wheelchairs are available for use within the museum. Please feel free to ask the reception staff for assistance.

Please Note: For safety reasons, our museum staff are unable to provide personal mobility assistance (pushing wheelchairs, etc.). We kindly ask that visitors requiring assistance be accompanied by a companion. Thank you for your understanding.

Nursing Room (Baby Care Room)

A private nursing room equipped with a baby changing table is available for your convenience.
If you need hot water for preparing baby formula, please feel free to ask our museum staff. We will be happy to assist you.

Accessible Restroom

This spacious restroom is designed for wheelchair users and visitors with strollers. It is also equipped with a baby changing table for your convenience.

Coin-Return Lockers

There are 10 coin-return lockers available inside the museum for your convenience. Please note that you are responsible for managing your own valuables.

Please Note:
A 100-yen coin is required to use the lockers (the coin will be returned to you after use).
Please be aware that currency exchange or coin changing services are not available at the museum.

Baggage Storage Service

For items too large to fit in our lockers, we will happily store them for you at the reception desk. Please feel free to use this service so you can enjoy your visit or continue your travels luggage-free!
